Today's mindfulness practice is about dance, dance, dance!!
One of my favorite..... How do I do that? I choose my favorite music songs. It can be a rythmic one or not... I personnally love to do it on the opera Carmen by the French composer Georges Bizet, especially Habanera ("L'Amour est un oiseau rebelle")... and then I just dance! dance as if nobody is watching (well, this is the case because I do it at home when the kids are at school!), just let the flow of the movement following the music... it is a free dancing... no judgement, just paying attention to how you feel, think in that moment... And I love to have my daily little "ecstatic dance"... at least! It makes me feel so reenergized after that.
