This philosophy of life is what motivates and inspires me to grow every day and to take action toward my goals to improve not only my life but also the lives of those around me.
I hold a Master Degree in “Training Engineering” and in “Sport Management”. I am also a certified professional Coach and a certified Mindfulness Teacher from the well-established Shamash Alidina’s school.
I lived for over 7 years in South East Asia – where I started Wise Mind - and am now living in Montpellier, France.
